The Duplex Cone Sculpture follows the sun. On the Autumnal Equinox, September 22, 2017, the two cones were in shadow in their concave interiors and in full sunlight on their convex sides. The cones are seen here with the interpretive sign at the Martin Luther King Jr. Regional Shoreline in Oakland, California.
