Frankie's story is one of abuse, multiple abandonments and rescues. He is now in a stable and loving home, and he is thriving. His current 'mom' describes him, with a grin, as, "Part Chihuahua, part Heinz 57". Frankie has one brown eye and one blue, heterochromia, which the National Institute of Health says is common among dogs, and usually hereditary.
